- Job is fairly easy to do for the role - Compensation is above average for senior role - Free food during calamity works - Free coffee daily - This is subjective, but the area we work on is a happy one. Easy to get along with the people I work with within the room - Free gym - You need anything? just ask. You need something? just ask - Pantry is huge

Cons

- It was not stated during the interview for both client and initial interview that the job will be for a client that will have a QA for the first time - Toxic micro-management on the side of the client - changed website for myemapta is a pain to use every single day for logging in and logging out - Feels of 'You work for the client, not for the company' for every move - No leave credit on day one (in which most companies provide starting day one especially for emergencies - AC feels like being inside a fridge, bring jacket daily - CR (this is for our building) is really smelly. even if the janitor keeps on cleaning it, still smelly - No work from home option especially on storms (client side)
