The culture here is genuinely supportive — people are collaborative, approachable, and easy to work with. Leaders really take the time to listen and guide, which makes a big difference day to day. There are plenty of chances to grow, learn new things, and take on new challenges. The company truly values work-life balance and looks out for its people. Overall, it’s a positive, motivating place to work where your efforts don’t go unnoticed.

Cons

Things can get fast-paced at times, but it keeps the work exciting and helps you grow. With so many opportunities, it’s easy to want to do everything learning to prioritize is key. Some processes are still improving, but it’s nice to see the team always open to feedback and change.
