EMAPTA is one of the companies that gave competitive salary

Cons

Their earned leaves expires. If you didn't used it for a certain period of time it expires and can't be used in the next year this leave policy changes every year and the allotted time to consumed it got shorter and shorter

Does not value employees and will do whatever they need to do to protect their client, promised leave after 6 months then still cant file for leave after regularization, Too many HR to the point you will get confused who you need to reach out to and still they can't get the job done, it takes weeks for them to reply and unless you don't raise it directly to the client you won't get any reply at all, Did not even know an employee already resigned, Delayed pay reason was oversight, No work life balance.
