remote setup nothing more really

Cons

poor HR practices - payroll is garbage and the people here work as slow as sloths ticketing system is useless 24-28 hrs? More like one week! communications to employees happen when changes already take place. there was no consideration for employee welfare.

No job security. They make you wait so long even if there are other opportunities internally

Pros

I believe the pay is above the expectation which might seem attractive.

Cons

The leaves, at least from my project since I'm not sure if it applies to all employees, could be properly planned out. I am assigned under a US client and we're forced to use our SIL whenever there are US holidays just so we won't have deductions on our salary.
