When they state to be one of the good employers out there, they are lying. All the furnishing about flexible work schedules is FALSE. They are not in favor of hybrid setup. If they had their way, they would have employees go to the office 5 days a week and punish you severely and unfairly, almost to a dictatorual extent, for missing just 1 minute of attendance. Because the HR keeps clinging to relevance by slapping the rule book on their employees every step of the way. They don't grade you on productivity, they grade you on how much you can appease the HR dictators you are under.

Lack of communication: They often leave you hanging for days before replying. Worst case scenario: I reported to my superior that certain employees were avoiding chats and calls, providing evidence that they were not from the same company. However, Emapta's HR and management blamed me and reversed the scenario, alleging that I was at fault. Despite my best efforts to prove my worth, some people or companies lack integrity to protect themselves. Don't assume safety in doing what's right, especially if they don't value new employees despite their industry experience.
