Good company but a bit cold. Could be better.

Nice salary conditions. Great offices. Huge company (more than 10.000 employees)

Cons

As soon as I was without a suitable project they asked me to sign a resignation document. I didn't feel much effort from them to find me a new project. And a 2 minute search on google would yield hundreds of possible projects. My previous company was a lot more focused on finding suitable projects and when they could not they just game me an internal project. And Devoteam was boasting all over social networks how it made more than 1 billion the previous year. Surely they would not starve because of one developer without a project for a couple of months.

Annually salary review Certifications, as long as you are able to do it outside working ours.

Cons

Performance reviews are a joke, always the same grade, always the same salary increase every year. Salary subsidies are really shaddy. If the client wants you, devoteam will make it impossible for you to be transfered. Besides being the intety that transfers your salary in the end of the month, it just an annoying stone in the shoe.

Empresa em que não se pode confiar nas palavras dos managers. Muito amigos enquanto lá estás, quando estás de saída começam a borrar a pintura toda.
