Good colleagues and a team that feels they are trying to grow and treat people right. Management are transparent with employees. Good access to learning and management do seem to encourage certifications and getting into roles of interest. Fantastic location, with good office
Cons
Not enough interaction with the broader Devoteam group - feels like we are silo'd by country Lack of sales team - could grow faster but sales team feel separate from everyone else Clients have remained stable for last few years, but that has lead to a lack of movement in projects for some people
