      Decent company but bad org structure

      Some very knowledgable consultants both on tech and business side

      Cons

      Very bad structure where everyone joins as a senior technical consultant when some are working at the level of a normal TC. Same with leads, there are some with no technical and only know business process

      They bought the company I worked for and made it even more toxic with their aggressive corporate ways towards employees. - Untrustful - Inmature - A lot of Lies from Managment - They don't give you proper trainings. - Don't work with quality Standards- Untrustful - Inmature - A lot of Lies from Managment - They don't give you proper trainings. - Don't work with quality Standards

      A good first opportunity, but consider moving on sooner rather than later

      Pros

      - Valuable learning path, especially for ServiceNow. - Convenient office location in the center of Prague. - Acceptable work/life balance.

      Cons

      - Salary not competitive, negotiations tied to career path limitations. - Incremental salary increase linked to higher KPIs and increased stress. - Career path model is clear but it will take your years to get promoted (i.e from Senior to Lead Consultant) due to lots of bands with KPIs difficult to reach. - % of billability is one of your KPI even though you don't have any leverage on it and it will be discussed during your performance review. If your billability is not satisfying, it will be used against you. - Assigned tasks beyond initial job scope to increase billability. - Business trips may be mandatory, impacting work-life balance.
