The people at Deezer care about newcomers a great deal, making them feel welcome and comfortable. There is a high level of trust between employees which brings pace and efficiency to our work. The salary level and company advantages are pretty good compared to the rest of the music industry. The office is nice and very central in Paris.

- Very young and talented team - Fast moving environment - Social activities (company breakfasts and Friday drinks every week, concerts in the office, outside parties) - Industry is growing fast - Language courses (english, french) - Help with documents for foreigners

Cons

- Even though there are positive changes, Deezer still has a very France-centric culture - I wish more convert tickets were distributed among employees
