      - great industry - great people - great initiatives to work on - great values of team spirit, innovation, excellence and passion for everything we do. - great opportunities to learn and grow for motivated person willing to have an impact - Diversity and inclusion initiatives - and so on !

      - processes can be too heavy sometimes but that's the reality in many big companies

      Great people (mostly) Great office Lots of parties but it was before covid...

      Cons

      Depends on which team you fall into but basically : Lack of employee empowerment Lack of career opportunity (especially as a woman) A little bit of misogyny and homophobia
