Directors from non healthcare background taking leadership roles in the healthcare business without any experience of the NHS, making competing with Abbott really difficult. For eg. Marketing director wanting no NHS sales experience in marketing which is directly opposite to all NHS-Pharma Marketing positions elsewhere. Culture is incredibly demotivating.
