Misleading Interview, poor management and treated with very little respect

after discovering that the job is an IT help desk role, I was annoyed, however it is also a general maintenance role, fixing anything and everything. Managements view is "your an employee here so you do it" whether its counting bags in the warehouse, I spent over 3 days doing this.... No such thing as best practices, and you will be treated like a fool for suggesting a best practice for a certain scenario. I highlighted my issues with HR and i was told that they were not surprised...... however the job spec is exactly the same as it was when i applied... UPDATE: Management decided to create a reply to this job review, basically saying the exact opposite and making personal comments about me, thankfully Glassdoor was able to remove this, but this goes to show the type of company this is.... Also added context, the entire Industrial IT team walked out after 3 months working on this team...........says it all really
