I came in knowing there was a high turnover rate but things seemed good. Over time I understood why they couldn't keep any employees. Low pay. Ineffective training. Way too many tasks. Emotional and amateur management. Terrible HR. They claim to care about their employees but are unwilling to hear them out and they create a toxic work environment when concerns come up.

Often waiting around for other departments to do their job, outcome getting abused by customers. Colleagues not being responsible for taking calls and passing the buck. (Everyone wants an easy life)
