Started as a dream, ended as a nightmare - Customer Service Representative Culligan Employee Review

I came in knowing there was a high turnover rate but things seemed good. Over time I understood why they couldn't keep any employees. Low pay. Ineffective training. Way too many tasks. Emotional and amateur management. Terrible HR. They claim to care about their employees but are unwilling to hear them out and they create a toxic work environment when concerns come up.
