Pros

Coordinator will book 70% of your appointments for you. Commission is fair (18%). Great brand and reputation

Cons

No compensation for travel, you will put 5000 or more KM per month on your own vehicle. 100% commission, no base, no bonus. No culture or group events. No gifts or appreciation during the holidays. Expectation to work 7 days a week. A lot of paperwork (old school). Expected to inspect units when problem arises instead of sending service (they know you go for free). Corporate owned franchises offer all tools needed for success- this office gives bare minimum. No advancement

Pros

Corporate employee, can’t speak for field - Many people promoted from within, lots of opportunity for growth. Complex tasks given to even entry level employees. Very smart, talented, driven coworkers. Compensation tends to be at top end of market.

Cons

It’s very fast paced. Work life balance is reasonably protected (weekend/late night work is pretty uncommon, though happens during really busy times), but during work hours things can be stressful and hectic.
