11moThank you for your honest feedback. We recognize that the transition post-acquisition 1.5 years ago resulted in a significant shift, especially for those coming from Hotjar.
Since then, we’ve worked hard to streamline processes, align ways of working, and take the best practices from Contentsquare, Hotjar, and Heap to build something stronger. While we’re still evolving, we’ve made meaningful progress in simplifying communication, reducing unnecessary hierarchy, and balancing structure with flexibility.
