Pros

Some talented colleagues who genuinely care, and occasional team camaraderie.

Cons

The work environment is unstable and increasingly disorganized. Leadership changes direction frequently, leaving teams confused and burnt out. There’s a clear lack of career progression, with little investment in employee development. The recent push for return-to-office has only worsened morale. Confidence in the product is dwindling internally, with many questioning its long-term viability and market fit.

Pros

Used to be a cool company to work for but each chapter in a book eventually ends. Made great friends through trauma bonding. Me along with otherS understood why having a Rechtschutzversicherung is important. Learned many different job roles..and was able to gain unpaid experience for these :)

Cons

Lack of established processes, constant layoffs, commission rarely paid correct, No HR for Germany and unaware of legal rights here..when support is needed often ignored. Not capable of getting basics right on pay checks, extremely lean team, office in MUC closed down…
