      Nice colleagues and good pay

      Cons

      Frequent layoffs, leadership does not seem to value the employees. Instead of being honest with the employees, half truths are being told trying to cover up the mess they've created. Very chaotic and not fully thought trough re-orgs happening every 6 months.

      Things took a turn to the worst in terms of employee experience

      Pros

      Good salary range if you have been a long time at Hotjar

      Cons

      Product bundling in progress resulting in a poor user experience. Lack of profiles on key leadership roles. Loss of many perks and continuous employee experience degradation.

      Great Company if you are French or European.

      Cons

      Company with lots of the executive / decision makers in Europe. Very slow to move processes along for the US side.
