Great Company if you are French or European.

Cons

Company with lots of the executive / decision makers in Europe. Very slow to move processes along for the US side.

Pros

Great product that is 1-2 years ahead of its competition. Solid funding (although, read below). Paris office seems great.

Cons

Poor middle management. They hire a lot of interns and whoever stays the longest will be promoted. These are not always the best managers. Work on weekends seems to be expected. Here and there, this is fine. But the pay is way too low for that. A lot of backstabbing in the UK office. There are a lot of emails going around with management in cc where they point the finger at someone. Stay away from the UK arm of this business. The competition is closely behind Contentsquare. They take a lot of external funding, yet they seem to be only doing so to buy smaller businesses.

- Some good people and mates that I still talk to.

- No progression opportunities and pay was low in comparison to my new role. - Bad manager who never supported my growth and encouraged others to progress.
