      The caliber of people is fantastic!

      I have experienced and observed some concerning behavior re: culture, inclusivity and leadership approach. Seems that my colleagues are aware but are too afraid to call out, as am I. The whistleblower site is seen as a way to identify “troublemakers” and manage them out.

      I started here 4.5 months ago and I can confidently say this is the least amount of support I've received at any company. More importantly, I joined a month into the quarter. I was told by my direct manager that my quota was $0 (which makes sense given my first day was literally a month into the quarter). In addition, I was also told my quota for the following quarter would be 59k. Fast forward to a week after the quarter ended, I made aware that my quota for last quarter was actually 39k (not $0) and my quota for this quarter is actually 139k (not the $59k I was told up until this point) then 2 weeks later, I was placed on a 1 month PIP that was impossible to hit. This company is circling the drain quickly, and management / leadership act with zero values and are constantly shooting from the hip. Very poor management/leadership, no real direction, processes aren't in place, onboarding is non-existent, etc - the list is endless I highly advise to stay away
