Pros

Unlimited PTO Flexible work environment People on my team are genuinely nice Once upon a time was a great place to work

Cons

Constant RIFs, executives being forced out, the leadership has no idea what they are doing so they keep acquiring other companies while remaining unprofitable. The past 3 years have been so chaotic, marred by incessant reshuffling of CSM portfolios, teams and managers - we can't catch a break. Everyone is burnt out and looking for an exit.

Good, not great

Pros

Decent pay/benefits if you're an employee in the U.S.

Cons

Very corporate, most departments work in silos and communication between teams and upper management is weak. Multiple rounds of lay-offs in the past year, without any warning. Leadership asks for feedback but doesn't seem to listen when it's given. Contractors from less wealthy countries tend to make wayyy less, even if you're doing the exact same job with the same skill set as your U.S. counterparts.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the compensation and benefits competitive for U.S.-based employees. We recognize the concerns you’ve raised around silos and communications. We are working on these challenges that come with our rapid growth those past years. We’re also working to strengthen cross-team collaboration and strengthen trust within our teams through better communication and accountability. Our salary bands are based on market data and cost of living by location, as is the case for most global companies. We are regularly reviewing our practices to ensure fairness and transparency. Your feedback is appreciated and helps guide our efforts.

Toddlers behind the wheel

Pros

Some teams are isolated from the nonsense of the executives. Compensations are fair, but benefits are shrinking by the quarter. Diversity is fair.

Cons

Management's decisions are short-lived. Not having clear directions impacts the morale of the employees. The company's values are not embodied by the executives. There is a distrust of the people behind the wheel.
