      Lots of alcohol in the office to numb the pain of working here

      Cons

      Layoffs every few months. No ownership or leadership available. People keep their heads down so not next on chopping block. Just like we work this will come crashing down very soon. CEO is a megalomaniac

      Underpaid and toxic culture

      Pros

      International company with flexible office policies between wfh and in office. Since it is a French company they are pretty flexible with allowing you to also travel for extended periods and work remotely.

      Cons

      Salaries are below average, there is a lot of favoritism internally and a lot of toxic behaviors due to bad hiring choices. A lot of the company seems to be falling apart since the merger - they’ve had multiple layoffs after over hiring.
