Pros

Nothing really, pretty bad company. A lot of management, a lot of bad french teams thinking they are the best. Pretty bad overall

Cons

A bad management company, a lot of stupid people in charge, they think learning jira is important. I don't know what else to say, most of my teammates who were french people think they are the best in the world just because they are french

Pros

SOME of the people you meet are one in a million and a true pleasure to work with.

Cons

The company is very young in terms of growth and needs a lot of help if they want to retain staff Too many young managers with lack of experience No management structure in place Depending on when you started the company favouritism is given

Pros

Hard to point positives right now. I guess there are nice people in some teams.

Cons

Constant layoffs. Some announced, others disguised as restructuring. People are just waiting for their time. Company is full of fake enthusiasm and lots of pretending. Management doesn’t take any responsibility for the constant layoffs, it’s quite easy for them to drop how sorry they are and how this is the necessary measures for company sustainability and growth. The conversation is always the same every couple of months. People life’s are impacted and for management it’s just about numbers. Contentsquare adquires other companies to butcher their culture and product. It feels like it’s always the same loop. Motivation is on high time lows.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We see you've been with CSQ for more than three years and recognize that your perspective reflects the lived reality over the last few years of change. We hear your concerns around stability and recognize the impact of repeated restructurings and the impact this has on employees morale and trust. Layoffs are never an easy decision and are not made quickly. The decision was made in the context of long-term sustainability, but we know that intent does not always match how the change is experienced day to day. Feedback like yours is taken seriously and shared with our senior leaders and PBPs. If you would like to speak further, you're welcome to reach out to your PBP.
