Pros

There are some talented and lovely people working in the London office. The core product is well-designed, although the wider product suite confuses customers.

Cons

A toxic workplace culture, a lack of empathy across Success and Sales, and gossipy managers. The Customer Success department is a mess, and I've seen a few new hires leave. CSMs often have to deal with arrogant and non-collaborative sales people which makes their lives difficult. Hardly any women on the sales team - the ones hired last year left shortly after joining because they were so unhappy. Sounds like from other reviews that there are no exit interviews. This is probably due to the fact that the London office is trying to hide all the problems in the UK office. It seems that the company's Paris headquarters are far removed from its UK office - very much a French company.

Pros

Product has a lot of potential. There some great minds at the company that are under utilized.

Cons

Change in US sales leadership has created a toxic culture. Until it changes steer clear.

Pros

*Company mission and values on a global level *Overall, inclusive and diverse organization that is team focused globally *Product works pretty well and is liked by customers once they learn it *Decent benefits and options for US *Some solid US reps and people in the mid and front lines of the sales org *European leadership seems to be much stronger than the US

Cons

*Some of the Sr. Sales Leadership in North America were some of the most toxic, abusive and insecure sales leaders I've encountered in my lengthy and award-winning career. Think 1980's Wall Street/Boiler Room environment of fear and intimidation where Jack Welch is considered a hero. Some specifics: *The theme of the Sales Training was "The Hunger Games." Seriously. * Mid-level managers were so fearful, they would plead for reps to "get something on the board" so they would not be humiliated on leadership calls. * Personally experienced multiple screaming F Bombs from VP+ level sales leaders for not getting permission for pretty trivial things. Not my first rodeo. *The company is basically a big start up operationally in the US and there's a fair amount of typical growing pains and chaos which is more than you'd expect but getting better. *The best way to describe the overall vibe is frantic with a handful of good people trying to improve things. And that's ok in a better overall environment.
