      Pros

      Co-workers and voluntary overtime are probably the only positive thing.

      Cons

      Low pay, very unprofessional superiors, unrealistic expectations and workload. Mentally exhausting workdays along with not even being allowed to use the restroom without being reprimanded. You are micromanaged down to the seconds of your day and constantly being criticized while trying to stay focused on task and completing the unrealistic expectations of your job.

      Pros

      Easy job They gave you some discounts on fast food and some medical benefits like cheap medical insurance. The schedule was kinda flexible.

      Cons

      You're just a number to them, in words from my last supervisor, manager. The company needs results so you better show them or you're out. The "benefits" are kinda disappointing. They don't care about their offices or infrastructure it was the same before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. So a lot of weary stations, smelly and dirty carpet, etc. They lack of space to refresh on your breaks or lunch. The only available space was a big room with tables and chairs for you to sit and eat with a bunch of people. Their management team always displays a lack of care for their agents. They removed the trimestral increases without explanation. They removed their incentive program to save money or at least that's what they said.
