Pros

There is absolutely nothing positive to say about Conduent in Australia.

Cons

I have been working at Conduent on a high-profile government project in Victoria, Australia, controversially awarded in 2023. This project involves Conduent Victoria Ticketing System (CVTS), Conduent Business Services Australia (CBSA), and Conduent Business Services France (CBSF). Despite all being part of Conduent, there is a severe lack of collaboration, coordination, and trust between these entities. Management blatantly lies to the government client about our capabilities and delivery timelines. They make promises without consulting the delivery team, leading to unrealistic expectations and inevitable failures. This dishonesty not only jeopardizes the project but also severely impacts team morale. The management team for this project, spread across Australia, Europe, and Central America, is incompetent and fosters a toxic work environment. Bullying by management team is rampant, with employees frequently harassed. The leadership operates without direction, running the project like headless chickens. The toxic atmosphere has led to employees suddenly disappearing without any farewells, creating an eerie and unsettling work environment. Many employees feel trapped and are desperately seeking other job opportunities.

Pros

The company doesn’t follow its own work life balance for CSR as the leads enjoy and the CSR only slogs it out will full day calls. The worst part is the Lead themselves have no knowledge about the product or client offerings and how to go about resolving it. The company policy says no discrimination in titles, but I don’t see them follow it.

Cons

No growth. The company doesn’t give a damn about the CSR teams. It’s like we are just a slave here to work with them with less appreciation. You can check Glassdoor or Indeed on the reviews as well as when you join you can see the attrition rate which is higher than any other company in the CSR section. I would like the clients to notice the paying rates to the CSR so that they can value the payment they are doing towards Conduent towards the project for the type of work they make us CSRs do.

Pros

Website design is decent for the most part.. aside from the numerous typographical errors.

Cons

if you enjoy being ghosted by both HR and recruiters at the same time you're definitely looking at the right place. I have never had a recruiter explicitly tell me I would be good for a position and then get turned down by the same recruiter, on the same day, not even an hour after finishing the application. They will then proceed to decline every single position you apply to for the rest of your natural born life. Unprofessional is being generous. Did I mention a starting wage of 12 dollars per hour? Terrible BPO, avoid at any cost.
