Pros

You get paid and there doesn't seem to be a lot of issues with their pay department atleast with the enterprise branch

Cons

You can be forced to work overtime on a split second notice. Unwilling to work with emergencies or last second appointments They keep toxic people who harass others in positions over others no matter how many times HR is notified about their ABUSIVE behavior. Unwilling to honor their word about working with people with disabilities. Lack of accountability when it comes to their employees mental/ physical health. Management will take weeks off and drop all their work load on the leads and assistant throwing the team into disarray. lack of proper training in new systems being implemented. Forces employees to help on other projects that are months behind without proper training even though there has been months of lag on the project. Overall toxic work environment for 2 years.

Pros

Working as an apple advisor employed by Conduent is okay at time. If you know your knowledge with Apple the knowledge Is a breeze. Just keep in mind most of North America and Canadian population owns an iPhone. So back to back calls. You are moved from supervisor without any notice, schedule is suddenly and permanently changed 24 hours in advance with no notice. There is a self service time off but getting time off approved is impossible if no one swaps a shift with you. You can earn “unpaid” time off after 6 months of employment. If you miss time before then without a shift swap it’s an unexcused absence and it counts against you and your attendance. Pay is ok for someone with no kids and not many bills. Bonuses are rare. You can advance easily but the stress may not be worth it. I enjoy the option of WFH, the hours are long and no shift is just truly desirable until after years of being with the company. There are slow days but not many.

Cons

Inconsistent management, no time off, not good benefits

Pros

None. The only good thing about this company is that you can work remotely. Other than that I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Management plays favorites. OM's lie constantly and one in particular I don't even know how she got her position even though I have a few ideas.

Cons

Equipment is shipped out without being checked. Mine arrived infested with critters. Had to leave it outside for over a week and bomb the box it was in twice before I could even bring it in my house. Management didn't care and did nothing. The headset was broken. The mouse and keyboard didn't even last through training and I spent more time off due to my workstation and software and pw's getting locked than I did on the floor working. In my honest opinion DO NOT work for this company.
