Fast Pace - Not For Faint-Hearted

Pros

No day is the same. There is always something new happening: problems to solve, projects to start/complete. The people are for the most part fantastic. There are some really clever people with great ideas. There are great benefits and the office is a nice environment to be in.

Cons

This isn't always a con but if you can't handle a fast-pace, changing environments and priorities then this isn't the place for you. You also need to be a big self-starter who is willing to hit the ground running and take responsibility for your own learning and be accountable from the beginning. Again, not always a con but it depends on you as a person.

Pros

Great team and culture across all levels. Growing business in a growing industry. Leadership is inspiring and motivating. High levels of accountability and ownership.

Cons

The scaling and maturing of the org means there is always lots of changing process that can be annoying to keep up with. But it's a small price to pay for fast growth.

Pros

High performance is recognized and rewarded with career advancement and promotion opportunities. Competitive salary, good compensation, and benefits. Decent salary with annual bonuses. Structured systems for hiring, assessment, and promotion are in place to remove unconscious bias and ground decisions in impact and merit. 3-day work week/in-office attendance model.

Cons

Goal setting is difficult with the AI judgement.
