Pros

No day is the same. There is always something new happening: problems to solve, projects to start/complete. The people are for the most part fantastic. There are some really clever people with great ideas. There are great benefits and the office is a nice environment to be in.

Cons

This isn't always a con but if you can't handle a fast-pace, changing environments and priorities then this isn't the place for you. You also need to be a big self-starter who is willing to hit the ground running and take responsibility for your own learning and be accountable from the beginning. Again, not always a con but it depends on you as a person.

As you highlight, our pace and evolving priorities are a core part of how we operate. We aim to create an environment where individuals can take ownership, move quickly and continuously learn, while recognising that this style of working may not suit everyone.

Pros

Good salary, thats about it

Cons

Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
