- Everyone is generally very inviting and friendly. - Great culture when it comes how people behave - Growing well and GP has a great vision

Cons

- Talent bar is lower than it could be. Managers are not very strict with performance and low performing employees stay longer than they should. - In many cases, I saw ego being more important than customers.
