Pros

It's only my 3rd month working in Capco. I truly enjoy working in an environment with a group of resourceful consultants with different expertise and from all around the world. It's a valuable chance for me to join the APAC REF in Macau and can meet with over 300 Capcoians. I can learn more about the success stories in other regions and 2017 business direction. I am so proud of being one of the Capcoian!

Cons

Before joining Capco, I worked in non-consulting firm. That's why I am still adjusting myself and learning how to act as a consultant. With the rapid growth of HK Capco, more and more new faces join Capco. So far, I feel that the bonding among Capcoians is not strong and lack of a sense of belonging to the company. Especially for those new joiners who have been assigned to project shortly after onboarding. Therefore, I believe it's important to build a stronger bonding among the Capcoians, esp. for those station in the same client sites. In order to create stronger sense of belongings to Capco.

Pros

Encourage people to be proactive and contribute to Capco and client companies. Capco APAC makes an effort to listen to its employees and recognize (most of the time) their contribution Very flat hierarchy Rapidly expanding with quality staff Good idea of having mandatory mentoring / coaching to provide internal support

Cons

Rapid expansion so need a lot of work to catch up with the latest direction of the company and get to know new colleagues especially when everyone works on different projects on different client sites Lack of structure and guidelines in a lot of administrative matters as it is still young in APAC
