Thank you for your review. While we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed a good work life balance, we are disappointed to hear that you found the work 'boring'. Capco offers a wide variety of projects across a diverse set of client accounts in the financial services sector and our aim is always to place employees in roles which align with their skills, interests and career aspirations. Where an employee is in a role that they do not feel is the right fit, there are processes in place to evaluate this along with the support of their Coach and HR Business Partner. As you correctly mention there are lots of social events at Capco, which many of our employees enjoy, however, attendance at these events is optional. For our Town Hall events, we do encourage employees to attend wherever possible to hear the latest updates and connect with their colleagues.

Thank you for your review. As you mention, Capco has the feel of a start-up firm, but with the security and stability of a large, established firm. The entrepreneurial culture presents employees with lots of opportunities to get involved in shaping and driving the firm whether through recruitment activities, designing and delivering training, coaching junior colleagues, thought leadership, knowledge sharing or some other means. It's also reflected through our no time in grade policy, which means that an employee can be promoted based on their readiness and demonstrated ability to perform at the next level. This allows our employees to take control of their career.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As you mention, Capco offers market-leading benefits and we undertake regular compensation reviews to ensure that we remain competitive with the market. You also mention 'nice people', which is great to hear - many people join Capco due to the people they meet during the recruitment process. Our people make Capco the great firm it is today! Regarding your comments around change and growth, there has been change in the past few years at Capco and indeed change is a constant in the industry that we operate in. However, the firm is continuing on its growth trajectory and remains very successful in this regard as you can see from the market offerings on our website. Our culture also remains fundamental to the success of Capco and the leadership team are committed to fostering and evolving this with the growth of the firm.
