Pros

- Great people culture - Pay and vacation package was incredible, especially when starting out! - It's an incredible open culture. You'll know what people will think about you, and for personal and professional growth, that's an incredible opportunity

Cons

- As with any consulting job, there's a work life balance you must consider - From an Experience Strategy, or Design Thinking perspective, there's more work to be done to be able to successfully capitalize on opportunities Capco was missing at the time. This is more of an upper level management problem that needs to be solved

We also ensure that we offer market-leading compensation and benefits packages by undertaking regular reviews. As you mention, the consulting profession can be a challenging yet rewarding career choice at times, however, we always aims to promote a positive work life balance for our employees at Capco. If any employee feels this balance is not attainable due to their role, we would recommend that they speak with their Coach or HR Business Partner.

A great workplace to work

Pros

Provides enormous opportunities to grow in your career. Scope of choosing projects based on the skillset. Lot of trainings provided.

Cons

Poor management. No one on one feedback. Bench management is also very poor. Management is only concerned about placing the resources without evaluating the profile. Less onsite opportunities.

However, we are also concerned to hear about the specific concerns you raise around management and the bench. We would encourage you to speak with your HR Business Partner or HR Lead if there is something that you feel requires attention. It's your feedback that can help us to make marked improvements. We continue to maintain flexibility where necessary through internal mobility and other options and this has helped us to maintain and manage the bench in a positive way. However, we do understand that at times being on the bench can be a little unsettling for individuals and we will always do what we can to support our employees during these times.
