In our continuous endeavor to impart knowledge, training and opportunities for growth, we are happy to hear that you are engaged, enjoying your work and are a part of the continuous learning process at Capco. However, we are also concerned to hear about the specific concerns you raise around management and the bench. We would encourage you to speak with your HR Business Partner or HR Lead if there is something that you feel requires attention. It's your feedback that can help us to make marked improvements. We continue to maintain flexibility where necessary through internal mobility and other options and this has helped us to maintain and manage the bench in a positive way. However, we do understand that at times being on the bench can be a little unsettling for individuals and we will always do what we can to support our employees during these times.
