Thank you for your feedback. We are very disappointed to hear your review and in particular, your comments around discriminatory practices. Discrimination in any form is not tolerated at Capco and we have robust processes and policies in place. Without further details surrounding your comments, it's difficult to respond to this. However, we would suggest that if you have any concerns in this regard, that you reach out to our Global HR Director, Richard Gartside. As you mention in your review, Capco does offer market-leading benefits and promotes a variety of training opportunities for employees. There are lots of channels in place for employees to voice their concerns - we have just run a global employee survey and have a variety of local channels for employees to engage with including Town Halls, coaching family off-sites, drop boxes and HR 1:1's.

Small Family with Great Peers and Happy Employees

Great Peers Experience Great Exposure to Onsite Stakeholders Management True Management Consulting Projects which generally are not outsourced to the Indian Companies Focus Groups for various activities which includes Immersion (consulting seminars in different geographies), Consulting Schools, Training etc Great Onsite opportunities (I just couldn't get it but have no regrets) Need little more patience to get an Onsite from Capco as Managers and HR business Partners helps transition the same in a smooth process Best HR practices headed by awesome HR partner. She will go to any extent for the geniune cases. Ever get a chance to work for Capco it will be always for the care showed by the HR partner. My last manager who was also a lady had gone to extent to retain me. Thanks all Managers are very good and since 2016 there has been lot of changes to inculcate new practices in Digital and IoT Last but not the least.. Capco parties and fruits a Day

Cons

Less exposure to Technology. People who are very technical can be misguided with the work here. Only few Murex project and some are True IT projects which require technical skills. Can have better arrangements for Candidate refreshments. Cannot think anymore
