Pros

Having worked at Capco for 6 years, I have seen the company go through a lot of growth and I have enjoyed being part of this. The culture has changed over the years but is no less strong and allows for continuous improvement and innovation - which is owned by employees. What has remained consistent during this time is the focus on people and their development. I along with many others have been given opportunities, excellent training and support to develop that we would not have received at other companies. I have enjoyed the flat structure at Capco, the approach-ability of the leadership and the friendliness of employees.

Cons

Capco is a fast paced company to work for - anyone looking for a slow paced, hierarchical company will not be suited to Capco.

Spirit of innovation, flexibility, approachable management, value of human capital; these are few words which comes to mind when I look back and see what I have come across in Capco. Employees are encouraged to come up with innovative ideas. To harness and enact these ideas, there is company wide infrastructure, using which consultants collaborate globally. Capco has been at the forefront in providing flexibility to its employees. That demonstrates even individual's personal life is valued, too. This increases productivity of employees at work. Management is approachable and listens to concerns of almost every employee. 99% of the time, proposed solution works in best interest of all. Capco understands value which is brought by its greatest asset – “people”. Employees are encouraged to undergo trainings, webinars and events which assist in developing skill set of employees. This ultimately results in increased efficiency in project deliverable and heightened customer satisfaction.

Cons

-Limited projects to explore -Supporting clients at late night is challenging from India. Staff should be sent on deputation to client's location for requirement gathering or user acceptance phase
