Pros

Am currently working with CAPCO for the last 1.5 years as a Consultant. Got opportunity to work on business transformation and on technology projects. My experience has been really good considering the vast experience in the financial services both in technology and domain. It has a flat management hierarchy, so the senior mgt are approachable. Exposure to work with some of the CAPCO global consultants gives a different experience.

Cons

Worth adding a office in other side of the city

Thanks for your feedback. It's great to hear that you enjoy working at Capco, and that you have been able to take advantage of the variety of projects on offer. As a truly global firm, Capco can offer a myriad of opportunities for those looking to gain experience in consulting and focus on the financial services sector. Our non-hierarchical structure also sets us apart from many of our competitors - at Capco all levels work, collaborate and socialize together regardless of level, and our Partners are always available to support those at more junior levels. Without knowing where you are based, it's difficult to respond to your comment around office locations, however, Capco has already opened two new offices in the past year (Sao Paulo and Stockholm) with more planned in the near future. Thanks for your continued contribution to the team!

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We are pleased to hear that you feel there is more structure in place to support pipeline management and our sales capabilities. As Capco moves ahead as a newly independent company, we are focused on improving our internal infrastructure in lots of ways to ensure it meets the needs of the business and our people. Our independence provides us with the freedom to re-imagine our internal policies and processes in line with our culture and business demands. While Capco is undergoing a period of internal change due to it's recent independence, this has not resulted in constant changes in leadership. Furthermore, the Capco leadership team remains committed to fostering our unique culture and recognize the value of this to the firm. This is something which our CEO reiterated at a recent employee event in London. Thanks for your continued contribution to the firm!
