Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We are pleased to hear that you feel there is more structure in place to support pipeline management and our sales capabilities. As Capco moves ahead as a newly independent company, we are focused on improving our internal infrastructure in lots of ways to ensure it meets the needs of the business and our people. Our independence provides us with the freedom to re-imagine our internal policies and processes in line with our culture and business demands. While Capco is undergoing a period of internal change due to it's recent independence, this has not resulted in constant changes in leadership. Furthermore, the Capco leadership team remains committed to fostering our unique culture and recognize the value of this to the firm.
