Successful completion of a Transformation Project

In September Capco successfully concluded a four-year payment transformation journey with a large Swiss bank, which is now the first major bank that migrated to the new ISO20022 standard on SIC4 platform. The new platform is fully supporting the new TIM/TOM and is designed to process a throughput of up to 2,500 transactions per second at an STP rate of >99.9%. The five-year (four-year Capco support), 200,000+ person days legacy transformation comprised a delivery team of 300+ people (out of which 200 externals under Capco management) in eight locations, delivering eight major releases and 20+ additional deployments, roughly one million lines of code with up to 15 test environments in parallel. All of this would not have been possible without the indescribable dedication, commitment and passion of the team on the ground.

Capco offers a broad variety of roles across a range of projects and clients. However, we recognize that on occasion a role may not be an exact match for an individual's career aspirations. Wherever possible we encourage the individual to work with their manager and coach to gain as much experience as they can from a role, and as a firm, we will always try to find a role closely aligned to an individual's career goals.
