      Good opportunity to gain experience in the banking industry where you have opportunity to gain exposure to their operation. Good overall package.

      Very welcoming, great training and on boarding process

      Pros

      I joined Capco recently and the on boarding process so far has been very welcoming and friendly. I relocated for the position and the office management and HR teams were great in helping with any paperwork/visa applications needed and arranging accommodation. There are always a variety of training courses available every week open to all employees, which range from technical courses, to more personal development courses such as presentation skills. They are all run by Capco employees so they are a great way to share real life, relevant examples and also a chance to meet more colleagues. Capco also assign every employee a Coach who will regularly catch up with you to work on your goals and career development, but is also available anytime for you to go to with any queries or concerns.

As you mention, the majority of Capco training is delivered in house by our consultants, providing a great platform to learn from their first-hand experience and also to network with colleagues. Since many of our employees are based on client site, our offices can sometimes seem a little quiet. However, there are a whole range of social and networking events run in all of our locations, so please ensure that you take advantage of these to meet your fellow colleagues and learn more about the firm.       The laptops cannot access pen drive encrypted data. That may not very helpful for someone who can joined from other places and wants to bring in some proud work.

      Thank you for your review - we really like your description of the firm! We fully agree that Capco strives to be forward-thinking and a leader, both in terms of the work we do with our clients, and also the offerings to our employees. As a firm, we need to have rules in place from an IT security, risk and compliance perspective. As we undergo our transition to an independent firm, we are trying to limit the amount of bureaucracy, and working hard to enable our employees as much freedom as possible to work in ways which suit them. However, this will always need to be within the parameters set, as with any organization. Thanks for your continued contribution to Capco!
