Pros

None... absolutely none! Or may be they will pay you 10-15 K more than the competing offer but that’s where it all ends.

Cons

Everything you can think of. > They fire people every Thursday and it’s no Joke! Go read fishbowl and you will understand. > Talent Management is a joke and recruitment is a joke too. > They ask Associates to write fake Glassdoor reviews. > I think others have explained cons very well so I don’t need to get into further details, my sincere advice would be not even consider this firm.

Thank you for your comments. As a firm, we do offer market competitive compensation and benefits as well as a rewarding career, which is why we are able to attract talent in the market as we continue to grow. We value feedback of all kinds at Capco and work hard to continually improve the employee experience, which is why we also encourage reviews amongst our staff. It is disappointing that you felt unable to raise these issues before leaving Capco to allow us to respond. If you had raised your issues with your manager, coach or HR representative we are confident that we would have been able to offer support and respond appropriately. We have made a number of recent improvements in the region including the hiring of a highly experienced professional to lead our new in-house recruitment team, giving us a platform for a higher quality candidate experience. In addition, recent changes in our US operating model enable the business to be more dynamic and better leverage our domains, offerings, and people across the entire US market.

Pros

A few good people left, easy work life balance, occasionally decent parties. Not much more that can be said.

Cons

Sinking ship. Massive bench. Limited training. Constant change at the top. New execs ruining the culture. Digital teams taken apart or all the good ones left. Boring work. Terrible HR.

Thanks for your review, we have indeed been going through a period of re-structuring and have now rolled out our new operating model. This new operating model includes a robust, people orientated structure to ensure that our best asset; our people, are always looked after to the best of our abilities. In addition we are redefining Capco’s digital offering as this will be an area of investment for the firm going forward.

Pros

Very big on technology. Very big on spending.

Cons

Doesn't match their consultants to the right roles. Managers are either too relaxed or too uptight. No medium. Managers don't represent or stand up for the consultants on their team.
