Pros

The new office was fun, and there were some talented and nice people there. Andrew Tarver a great motivational speaker.

Cons

Capco London was a very mixed bag of an organisation. It was, in my opinion, very cliquey. If you were in the in-crowd, great. Otherwise all sort of sh1tty games could occur in the middle of what should have been a very data-driven, moderated performance management process. Different accounts and practice areas had very different values; I suppose they were driven by the ethos of the senior individuals in each area. Looking back, a lot of what happened to one felt like the outcome of a lottery.

Pros

The Company used to be a best one to work for, gradually changes to Worst in the market. In my three yrs with Capco , I can see lots of Hiring Firing, things going from best to bad and its worsening day by day.

Cons

Don't have projects , hence firing people. The management change has resulted in severe downfall of company. When they get something they hire from market and in one year the fire and hire new people. Hence Join only if you wanna earn some money in short period and dont care about Job security

Pros

Had a few good designers, UXers and strategiest but they're all gone by now. Free water was nice and equipment was good.

Cons

Capco got into a business that they didn't understand and never established a business strategy to be competitive in the market. Like a true disconnected Wall Street company, they think that because they have money and pay people, that they will flourish. This is not the case and leaderships load of hot air got outted among the teams really fast, labeling the whole department a joke. Once everyone lost hope in the grand vision they pitched to designers to come in the first place, people started dropping like flies. Bad account management, lack of actual agency experience among senior leadership, and a broken consulting business model was the downfall . They were pitching companies on pipe dreams that were undeliverable and everyone knew it. It became a joke, Capco thought who they were but ask anyone else in the industry, it turns into"Capco who?"
