      We are disappointed to read of your experience of Capco. We have a clear leadership structure at a global and regional level and our leadership teams host regular Town Hall and domain and capability events to share business updates and enable all employees to get to know the leaders. There are lots of development opportunities at the firm offered with a supportive culture including coaching, Milestone schools for all those new to level and a varied training curriculum. We also have dedicated Resourcing teams in our regions who manage role assignments. If anyone feels that they need additional support they should reach out to their Coach or HR Business Partner.

      - Very poor communication - Poor leadership and management - Most senior level folks have no clue what they are doing - Poor compensation - Cringe-worthy people up at the top

      We are pleased to read that you enjoyed working with your Capco colleagues. We have an experienced senior leadership team, many of whom have progressed in their career at Capco, while others have joined from industry or with consulting backgrounds. We host quarterly Town Halls in all our regions to share regular business updates and allow space for employee Q&A. These are supplemented by events hosted by our domains, capabilities and Affinity Groups to promote knowledge sharing and networking. Capco regularly undertakes a salary benchmarking exercise to ensure that the compensation offered is competitive in the market in order to attract and retain the best talent.
