- Senior Management team in Scotland very proactive and hands on - Opportunity to do varied work outside of pure project delivery - Genuinely trying to take on feedback to improve

Cons

- Sometimes feels like the loudest voice in the room is the one that receives more opportunity... the more face time you have with the right people the more recognition you get

Good people. Will give you the package you quote. Access to learning and development. Pay is on 24th-28th of every month.

Cons

Not much projects so many have been laid off. Sometimes you will be put into project out of your skillset and you won't have any help. Indian leadership needs to be make job security better.

Could be a good job if you are lucky enough to have a good client

Cons

A lot of these clients are investment banks, which imply a good amount of work, management tries their best to sell you to the clients and give you pressure, people are so fake, do not trust the good things they say about you or the clients, use your own judgement
