This allows individuals to explore different areas, acquire new skills and develop their own career path in line with their goals and aspirations. Our ATP program is highly regarded in the firm and many of our Associates build long and rewarding careers at Capco, with a number of our leaders starting out on this program. It involves a structured onboarding period as well as ‘on the job’ learning with support from senior colleagues and a Coach. We run promotion cycles twice per year and individuals who have been performing at the next level for a sustained period can be considered for promotion.
