We are pleased to read that you enjoyed many of the benefits at Capco. Regarding your other comments, Capco has a wide portfolio of prestigious clients and projects and is committed to offering interesting and rewarding career opportunities to our people. Contrary to your comments regarding promotion, we offer two promotion cycles per year alongside clear promotion guidelines and we have just promoted a large number of colleagues across our different regions this month.

Pros

No mandatory overtime (given that you can meet the quota) Extra pay if you can achieve higher than the quota (which is very unlikely unless you can do the work super fast or put in overtime)

Cons

Boring routine job duties Because of the quota, most people just want to focus on job and do not want to talk/ teach you Stressful and many people opt to go to work on Saturdays due to failure to meet quota The pay is average and benefits are minimum

Thank you for your review. As a global management and technology consulting firm, the projects that we work on with clients are not based on a quota-based system, nor do employees work on the weekend, therefore we do not recognize this feedback. Capco also regularly undertakes a salary benchmarking exercise to ensure that the compensation offered is competitive in the market in order to attract and retain the best talent.

Unstructured program

Pros

One big pool of resources, unlike big4 with many different business area classified.

Cons

Associate talent program is not a structured program. They train entry level people for 2-3 weeks, then put them into projects. Salary increment very small, bonus very small, and career path unclear. You might not get promoted even after 2 yrs. Some projects are super chill, some projects very demanding. Yet same rewards.

Thank you for your feedback and as you state, Capco colleagues have the opportunity to work across different domains and capabilities. This allows individuals to explore different areas, acquire new skills and develop their own career path in line with their goals and aspirations. Our ATP program is highly regarded in the firm and many of our Associates build long and rewarding careers at Capco, with a number of our leaders starting out on this program. It involves a structured onboarding period as well as ‘on the job’ learning with support from senior colleagues and a Coach. If anyone feels they need additional support at any time they should reach out to their HR Business Partner to discuss. Capco regularly undertakes a salary benchmarking exercise to ensure that the compensation offered is competitive in the market in order to attract and retain the best talent. We run promotion cycles twice per year and individuals who have been performing at the next level for a sustained period can be considered for promotion. There is a clear assessment process and criteria for promotions which is shared with all employees. Please reach out to your HR Business Partner if you would like to discuss your feedback further.
