Pros

Great culture amongst the team but very low morale and faith in the wider business

Cons

The pitch and process as you interview is great, you soon realise the absolute lack of direction and strategy from "leaders" in the business starting at the very top, Hire and fire mindset and even more toxic HR function If there's any interest in joining a consulting/advisory firm, this is not it.

Bureaucracy, Sectarianism. Shxtty culture. This company has no direction and they are not knowing their position in the market. Fail to deliver effective outcome to their clients.

As per your comments, as a truly global technology and management consultancy, Capco works across different regions, and we have a very diverse workforce. This contributes to our Be Yourself at Work culture, which is open, inclusive, and supportive. Contrary to your comments, there is little bureaucracy within the firm, something which many colleagues joining us from larger organizations often comment on. Capco is very clear on its position in the market, and from its founding days, has always been dedicated to the financial services industry which has broadened to encompass the energy sector. Capco has strong client relationships, many of which are very long-term partnerships, based on the successful delivery of business critical projects.
