Pros

Tbh not really. I found it to be highly disorganised.

Cons

Unstructured, random who gets the roles. Also the commercial consulting wanted skillful at all. The projects given to Capco were just throw away projects from tier 1/2 banks - for career progression this was not a good idea.

We are disappointed to read about your experience at Capco. Employees have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of interesting and transformational projects with prestige clients across the financial services industry. We have dedicated, experienced Resourcing teams who support employees, along with their coach, in identifying the right project roles. If an employee needs additional support or would like to share any feedback they are encouraged to reach out to their coach, manager, or HR Business Partner.

Pros

I was able to work from home most the time

Cons

Absolutely incompetent colleagues with no proper grammar or spelling Colleagues who couldn't use basic MS Office functions yet expected the world out of you Unrealistic timeline in which to do work 0 input from Capco manager On the bench for a couple months and suddenly shoved out the door one day with no warning, real reasoning, explanation or even a PIP Pay was below my experience level but I took it after agreeing on higher and turning down other opportunities only to be done over by capco Overall I'd rather be castrated before working here again

We are very disappointed to read your feedback. Our highly skilled and talented workforce benefits from ongoing learning and development opportunities and a comprehensive training curriculum covering consulting, industry, and soft skills training. Our compensation and benefits offering are competitive in the market, and we undertake benchmarking to ensure we attract and retain top talent to the firm. This has helped us grow significantly over the past year. The nature of consulting means that employees may spend a short period of time on the bench in between projects, during which our Resourcing team helps individuals to identify their next role. We foster a supportive, collaborative and inclusive work environment to ensure all employees are set up for success and have the opportunity to fulfil their potential. If an employee needs additional support, they should reach out to their Coach, Manager, or HR Business Partner.
