Pros

Cons

It is a boys club and the firm isn't selling anywork. Many collegues are leaving due to awful raises and bonuses. Not a good place to work.

Thank you for your review, however we are disappointed to read about your experience at Capco. Many employees choose to work at and remain with Capco due to the opportunity for fast career progression based on outstanding performance. Our ‘no time in grade’ policy supports this by removing the need to spend a set amount of time at a grade. At Capco, we value our employees and recognize that our people are our greatest asset, however if any employee has a specific concern or suggestion they would like to raise, we strongly encourage them to do so through one of our internal channels.

Pros

- Ability to be promoted based on good work and relationship with managers - Fun corporate sponsored events - Immersive two week Associate Talent Program - gain insight into the company, meet a lot of colleagues - Great people - Good work/life balance and compensation - Ability to learn great project management, presentation development, stakeholder management and analytical skills

Cons

- Your experience at Capco depends upon which projects you get and your manager- luck of the draw - Most work is straight execution/implementation work, less strategic than advertised - Not enough female executives at the top - Even with the large growth, still have some growing pains as a young company - Revolving door
