Pros

The initial interviewer was nice

Cons

They don't respond to interviewers in the interview process. I was in the final round with 4 people interviewing me. I spent all weekend working on the case study, and zero feedback. I called them back 2 weeks later, and they still were unprepared with gathering materials about my interview. Overall the worst company I've interviewed with without a doubt. Zero respect for candidates and zero care for the effort they put in.

Pros

Free coffee and fruits and occasional events

Cons

The work is not what you signed up for. They bring you on informing you that they have a project for you. However, half if not more of these projects have not been sold. You will be left on the bench for weeks wondering what you have gotten yourself into. During this process, the management starts to find ways to get rid of you because they believe you are not the "right fit". Continuously look out for yourself. Benefits are below par.

Pros

Non-deductible health insurance, hours aren't constantly terrible, money is above average

Cons

The racism and cliques will limit your opportunities to be staffed and to advance. You can fulfill all requirements related to advancement and they'll still come up with an excuse. If you're a white person, you'll do just fine.
