The entrepreneurial culture presents employees with lots of opportunities to get involved in shaping and driving the firm whether through recruitment activities, designing and delivering training, coaching junior colleagues, thought leadership, knowledge sharing or some other means. It's also reflected through our no time in grade policy, which means that an employee can be promoted based on their readiness and demonstrated ability to perform at the next level.
