We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed working with your colleagues as well as Capco's fantastic NY office. You mention Capco's unusual culture as a negative, however, without knowing the specifics it's difficult to comment. Many people find Capco's unique culture refreshing as it offers more autonomy and freedom than the large corporate firms, but with the added security and stability of an established firm.

In addition, our matrix structure and lack of hierarchy means unparalleled access to the leadership team. We are disappointed to hear your comments on the management changes and want to reassure you that as a firm, we remain committed to fostering an inclusive environment where employees can openly share their ideas and feedback and get involved in taking the firm forwards. An example of this is our new performance management process which has been designed based on employee feedback. As we pilot this new process we are continuing to collect employee feedback to ensure that it meets the needs of our people as well as the business.

Thank you for your review. While we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed a good work life balance, we are disappointed to hear that you found the work 'boring'. Capco offers a wide variety of projects across a diverse set of client accounts in the financial services sector and our aim is always to place employees in roles which align with their skills, interests and career aspirations. Where an employee is in a role that they do not feel is the right fit, there are processes in place to evaluate this along with the support of their Coach and HR Business Partner. As you correctly mention there are lots of social events at Capco, which many of our employees enjoy, however, attendance at these events is optional. For our Town Hall events, we do encourage employees to attend wherever possible to hear the latest updates and connect with their colleagues.
